Please be advised that all requests for cancellations must be made in writing. Siyavaya Kruger Link would like to inform you that charges may be imposed for any financial penalties, fees, or losses incurred due to cancellations. We kindly request that you take note of the cancellation fees, which will be applied based on a percentage of service amounts according to the following schedule:

0 – 72 hours before departure: 100%

4 – 7 days before departure: 50%

1 – 2 weeks before departure: 25%

Passengers must arrive at the departure point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Any unoccupied seat within 10 minutes of the scheduled departure will be considered a no-show, and the vehicle will depart accordingly.

Please be advised of the following luggage requirements when travelling with Siyavaya Kruger Link. Each passenger is permitted to carry one large-sized luggage bag not exceeding 15kg and one small luggage bag not exceeding 5kg, with a combined total mass not exceeding 20kg. You must ensure your luggage adheres to the specified conditions, as Siyavaya Kruger Link retains the right to refuse carriage of any luggage that does not comply with the prescribed requirements.

We kindly request that you keep your valuables, such as cellular phones, jewellery, laptops, electronic items, cash, credit cards, spectacles, sunglasses, and fragile or perishable items in your carry-on bag and not in the trailer compartment. Please note that firearms or any harmful chemicals, explosives, or toxic substances are strictly prohibited on the shuttle.

Please note that Siyavaya Kruger Link, the transportation service provider, does not include luggage insurance as part of their standard service. Therefore, it is highly recommended that passengers take the necessary measures to obtain their own insurance coverage for their luggage. This will ensure that they are adequately protected in the event of any loss, damage, or theft of their belongings during their journey.

Siyavaya Kruger Link vehicles are strictly designated as non-smoking environments. This means that smoking is not allowed at any time on board. Passengers are kindly requested to refrain from smoking during their journey, as failure to comply with this rule may result in the imposition of fines. The fines are in place to ensure the comfort and safety of all passengers, as well as to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the vehicles. Therefore, we kindly ask for your cooperation in adhering to our non-smoking policy.

Siyavaya Kruger Link cannot be held responsible for failures or delays in performance or service delivery arising from circumstances beyond its control. Such circumstances include adverse weather conditions, unpredictable delays due to traffic congestion, diversions or road works, criminal conduct by third parties, strikes, industrial disputes, and regulatory interference.

Siyavaya Kruger Link is not liable to passengers for any loss resulting from failures or delays in performance or service delivery due to circumstances beyond its control. Reasonable efforts will be made to ensure the availability and punctuality of connections between services, with passengers notified of any delays.

Siyavaya Kruger Link reserves the right to cancel services with reasonable prior notice without incurring liability. Passengers are advised to stay informed about schedule changes.

Passengers are responsible for ensuring that no luggage or personal property is left on the shuttle after disembarking.
